Use this form to enroll in the Festival for Creative Pianists as a Teen Pianist (age 13 to 19 as of 4/1/2021). If the student has an email address, please be sure to include it on the enrollment form. After completing the form, you will receive a login email from MyMusicStaff. Please login right away and upload a participant photo. You can either pay your enrollment fee once you log in to the MyMusicStaff portal or wait to receive an automatic invoice. Also be sure to review the calendar once logged in.
